Waterproofing: 20,000mm - A number realized through a hydrostatic head test to measure water proof resistance. It can withstand a 20 meter tower of water before any will get through! This is high performance, designed for heavy rain and snow, sitting on wet chairlifts, powder days, and backcountry riding. The adventurer's dream jacket!
Fit: Oversized - For extra steeze and comfort! What it lacks in warmth it makes up for in space- you can layer under it easily and efficiently.
Pockets
ATM Pocket inside Handwarmer Pocket - A small internal sleeve located within the main handwarmer pocket, sized for credit cards, lift passes, or IDs.
Power Mesh Device Pocket Inside Wearer’s Left Handwarmer Pocket - A soft, stretchy mesh sleeve in the left handwarmer pocket, designed to hold a phone securely in place. The power mesh a is lightweight, breathable, durable stretch fabric that conforms to the shape of the device.
Zippered Handwarmer Pockets with Media Port - The main front handwarmer pockets are zippered to keep items secure. It also includes a media port, a small opening inside the pocket to thread headphones or a charging cable internally in the jacket or to base layers.
Zippered Kangaroo Pocket - A large horizontal pocket across the front, accessed by a zipper on the side. This adds secure, centralized storage for gloves, snacks, or face masks, without interfering with outerwear layering.
Venting
Mesh Lined no snag Vents - The inside of the vent opening is backed by a breathable mesh to keep snow and debris out, prevent gear and base layers from catching in the zipper, and adding structure for the vent to stay open for airflow. The zipper and mesh construction are designed to avoid catching on clothing, gloves, or itself when opening and closing.
Zippered Side Body Vents - Long ventilation zippers placed along the side seams of the jacket, typically from the hem up toward the underarm area. These are easier to access than traditional armpit vents. They function for maximum airflow and allow the wearer to dump heat quickly when hiking, riding hard, or transitioning on lifts, without needing to open the front zipper.
20K/20K C0 DWR - 20K Waterproof / 20K breathable for high performance in wet and active conditions. C0 Durable Water Repellant is PFC free. C0 contains no perfluorinated compounds and is safer for the environment and water systems.
Enhanced C0 DWR (80/30 long lasting durability) - Describes the durability of the water repellency over time. it retains 80% of its water repellency after 30 washes. Though typically water repellency can be revived through the use of Nikwax products such as Tech Wash and TX.Direct.
Fabric
DRYRIDE 100% Recycled (GRS Certified) Polyester - Burton's waterproof/breathable fabric - similar to GORETEX or Dermizax. Global Recycled Standard certified polyester- the entire fabric is made from recycled plastic fibers verified through the supply chain and processed in a way that meet environmental criteria. This ensures it is truly sustainable and not greenwashed.
Bluesign Approved - This means the fabric was produced according to Bluesign's environmental standards. Responsible use of chemicals, safe and ethical worker conditions, and water and energy efficient in production.
Smooth Ultra-Matte 3L plain weave with soft jersey backer - An aesthetic low gloss finish. 3 Layers: Outer face of recycled polyester, a waterproof/breathable membrane (likely polyurethane based), and an inner backer of a soft and skin friendly comfortable jersey that offers moisture dispersion and quietness.
Features + Tech
Divided zipper for HW pocket and Vents - A dual purpose zipper that runs along the side of the jacket, giving access to the handwarmer pocket and side ventilation. This reduces the total zipper count, leading to fewer seam breaks, improved waterproofing, and lighter weight.
YKK® AquaGuard® Exposed Zippers - Waterproof polyurethane coated zippers from YKK, the gold standard in technical zippers. No external storm flap gives a sleeker silhouette.
Adjustable Cuffs - Velcro closure that lets the wearer tighten or loosen the cuff opening. Helps seal out snow or fit over gloves, increasing temperature control.
Pocket Access Hem Cinch - a bungee style hem cinch reachable from inside the hand pocket. This allows the wearer to tighten the jacket hem quickly without exposing their hands to the cold.

Welded Construction Details for a Clean Finish - Seams are ultrasonically welder or bonded, not stitched. This eliminated needle holes, reduces weight, improves waterproofing, and creates a more sleek, modern look.
Asymmetrical 2-Way Front Zipper - The zipper is angled across the chest rather than straight up the center. It unzips from the top and bottom. This improves comfort when layering or crouching, gives room for venting, and avoids a zipper stack at the chin area.
Key Clip in Pocket - An internal loop to clip keys inside the pocket. It prevents keys from falling out when riding or during lifts. Can also attach a lift pass to the clip for easy scanning access when riding resorts.
Bungee Hem Cinch - An elastic cord with toggle allows the wearer to tighten the jacket hem on both sides. Allows for greater sizing versatility. Can be accessed from within the handwarmer pocket.
